Grand Prix Plaza in Las Vegas has officially reopened after extensive updates designed to elevate the Formula 1 fan experience across the Strip.
The immersive attraction, set near the 2023 Las Vegas Strip Circuit, launched its enhanced offerings on January 30, 2026.
At the heart of the updates is F1 X, an expanded interactive zone that blends racing exhibits with multisensory elements and exclusive memorabilia. A new 4D theater in the space uses advanced projection and motion effects to put visitors inside the world of Formula 1.
Adrenaline seekers can test their skills at F1 Drive, a karting experience modelled on a portion of the Las Vegas Grand Prix track. The updated configuration includes new layouts and challenges that replicate the dynamics of real racing circuits.
Throughout the plaza, displays showcase historic cars and artifacts from iconic drivers and championship seasons. Many of these relics come from partnerships with renowned automotive collections.
The F1 Hub lounge complements physical attractions with racing simulators, dining and social areas. Fans can race virtual laps, relax with specialty drinks, or shop for official Formula 1 merchandise in the retail complex.
In addition to attraction upgrades, the reopened plaza features expanded event spaces and themed environments that cater to group bookings and private functions year-round.
Organizers said the attraction’s redesign reflects both the sport’s growing popularity in North America and Las Vegas’ role as a key destination for race fans.
The 39-acre venue originally debuted with fan-centered programming in 2025, and this upgrade builds on that foundation.
Grand Prix Plaza remains open daily, offering flexible admission options and experiences suited to visitors of all ages.
Guests can interact with racing gear, try pit stop challenges, and learn about the mechanics and strategy behind Formula 1 competition.
The karting track, a favorite among repeat visitors, features electric karts equipped to simulate a high-speed racing feel.
The site also houses a flagship F1 merchandise store, considered one of the most extensive collections of Formula 1 gear in the United States.
Whether fans come for the sights, sounds or hands-on experiences, organizers hope the upgrades will entice both locals and international visitors.
Plaza staff have indicated additional enhancements and seasonal programming will be announced throughout 2026 as part of broader community engagement.
The reopening marks a major step in bringing a more dynamic, multi-sensory Formula 1 destination to Las Vegas’ entertainment landscape.
